An opportunity is now available for a Manager Corporate Social Investments (CSI) & Transformation to join our Office of the Chairman in South Africa. Our vision is for long term sustainability of the SA businesses by becoming the benchmark resources company in Southern Africa. Our mandate is to create an enabling framework and environment for BHP Billiton's southern Africa-based operations and position the Group brand in a unique, leadership space in the region. Based in Johannesburg, the purpose of this exciting role is to ensure effective coordination and management of CSI and Transformation projects within BHP Billiton SA and thereby support to the Company's licence to operate.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Vital to this role is a team member who is tenacious as well as passionate about corporate social responsibility! Your resume will need to display your strong project management and coordination capability – ideally developed within CSI projects. Furthermore we are looking for you to have good presentation and written skills. Experience or understanding of the principles of transformation management would be ideal.
